Looking for a rewarding volunteer opportunity that will allow you to immerse yourself in history, culture, and fun — while supporting a great non-profit institution? Look no further than the Coney Island Museum!
If you are fascinated by the history of the People’s Playground, and dedicated to the preservation of the past — or are simply looking to join a great team of individuals — please consider joining our roster of Museum volunteers. Volunteer positions as docents are available from June through August, and only require a commitment of 5-6 hours weekly. Volunteers receive a free one-year membership to the Museum; a Museum tee shirt and tote; invitations to Museum events; and enjoy a sense of community within our organization.
